Megatron Plus

The innovative Megatron picture tube concept has been improved even further. Megatron Plus stands for razor sharp, brilliant pictures rich in contrast - in every detail. A special picture tube surface coating and intelligent digital signal processing enable a detail resolution, focal depth and plasticity unknown up until now.

100 Hertz

Large-screen flicker free 100 Hertz technology: television with improved picture quality. Every television picture is composed of half pictures by a rapid electronic beam. This happens 50 times per second with a conventional television. A Grundig 100 Hertz television set projects the half pictures 100 times per second on the screen, a speed no longer perceptible to the naked eye. That's why you see, even on a large screen, a flicker free, sharp picture.

100 Hertz Digital Reference

Grundig 100 Hertz technology of the Reference Class with digital frame memory. In addition to general flickering, the nuisance of line flickering, especially those visible with horizontal lines and videotext superimposition, are eliminated. The result of the new 100 Hertz Reference technology is an immaculate and flicker free picture with crisp, sharp picture.

Double Window

Two pictures can be shown on a 16 : 9 TV. The screen can be divided so that it is possible to follow the current programme on one half of the screen whilst browsing the videotext of the same channel on the second half.

PIP

With the picture-in-picture (PIP) function you can superimpose a small picture from an external AV source or a different terrestrial television channel (2 tuner PIP) additionally onto the TV screen. 1 tuner PIP only allows you to use one external AV source for additional miniature picture.

Virtual Dolby Surround

Spatial sound without extra speakers. The built in amplifier and Dolby processor produce a sound that otherwise can only be found in 4 channel systems.
